Laori is the first non-alcoholic alternative to gin which tastes like gin. Laori Juniper No 1 combines the intense juniper flavour and aromas without the additive effects of alcohol. Herbs and spices such as juniper, cardamom and lavender are individually distilled in a particularly gentle water process. Laori is naturally cloudy due to the opalescence caused by the high aroma concentration and is comparable to the effect of mixing ouzo with water. We call it "the taste you can see".
